Core Connexion Transformational Arts® mit Eva Vigran 

In Core Connexion sind Tanz und bewusste Bewegung Medizin. Nicht die Medizin, die man in Milligramm misst, sondern die, die durch Atem, Puls und Knochen strömt – die uns daran erinnert, wie sich Ganzheit und Lebendigkeit anfühlen. Sie löst, was zu eng ist, belebt, was erstarrt, erneuert, was müde ist, und ruft die Lebensgeister in uns zurück. Sie erweckt unsere inneren Tänzer*innen, die unsere Vitalität, Kreativität und unsere Resilienz stärken. 

In der Gemeinschaft vertieft sich diese Medizin. Wir begegnen einander als bewegte Wesen, miteinander verwoben in Rhythmus und Atem, im Feld des schöpferischen Ausdrucks. Niemand steht außerhalb des Tanzes; jede Geste zieht Kreise in das Ganze. Verbindung selbst wird zur Heilung.

Lass Dich erneuern, transformieren und inspirieren! Morgens geht es körperbewusst und bewegt ins Studio, nachmittags oder abends, je nach Wetter, auch in die Natur. Es wird auch freie Zeit geben zu integrieren, zu entschleunigen, zu relaxen und den See und die Umgebung von Glarisegg zu genießen. Wir freuen uns auf Dich!

Eine gemischte und internationale Gruppe ist mir wichtig. Daher sind unsere Preise extra relativ niedrig gehalten, damit mehr Menschen an der Gemeinschaft teilnehmen können. Jedes Jahr vergebe ich zusätzlich ein bis zwei Stipendien für Menschen mit niedrigen finanziellen Möglichkeiten oder aus armen Ländern mit unvorteilhafter Währung. Gerne kannst du daher auch in den StudentInnen – Fond einzahlen.  Ubuntu (Südafrikanisches Sprichwort: „Ich existiere, weil Du existierst und Du existierst, weil ich existiere.“

Frühbucher : Anzahlung von Euro 50 Euro bis 1.6.2026 Euro 395,-

Normalpreis nach dem 1.6.2026: Euro 410,-

Supporterpreis (Normalpreis + Unterstützung unseres „StudentInnenfond“): Euro 420 – 450

Je nach Größe des „Studentenfonds“, in den Unterstützende einzahlen gibt es Teilstipendien und Helferpositionen für die Crew.

Core Connexion Summer Workshop at Castle Glarisegg in Switzerland, Lake Constance

A refreshing combination of body awareness practices, creative expression, dance and the atmosphere of summer and lake.

In Core Connexion, we call dance a medicine. Not the kind measured in milligrams, but the kind that moves through breath, pulse and bone, the kind that remembers what wholeness and aliveness feel like.

This is medicine. The kind that loosens what is too tight, enlivens what is frozen, restores what is weary, and calls back the Lebensgeister — german for „the dancing spirits of life“ in us, awakening our vitality, creativity and resilience.

In community, the medicine deepens. We meet each other as moving beings, as life dancers and shape shifters woven together in rhythm and breath, in the field of creative expression. No one is outside the dance; each gesture ripples into the whole. Connection itself becomes healing.

Let yourself be renewed, transformed, and inspired! Join us in this movement journey, where you can discover the joy of connecting to your center, expressing yourself authentically and tap into the co-creative energy of the group.

When we create together as life dancers, shape shifters and creative researchers, we can forget who we think we are, take a pause from our roles, and expectations of life, and all kinds of possibilities can flow in. Together we create a co-creative space where a totally new dance can occur, where new responses to the questions of our time can arise. Together we can unfold, explore new paths and dance our lives. Let’s dance our „medicine“ together.

The mornings we will spend in the studio and in the afternoons or evenings we either play and practice in nature or in the studio.
