Welcome to our two-phase facilitation training Resilient Roots Module 2
designed to support your learning and empowerment in hosting transformative emergent group spaces

The training is aimed at trainers, youth workers, and people active in social change movements who wish to deepen their space holding and facilitation skills in hosting participatory processes to address contemporary challenges. This training builds your capacity to facilitate group processes that meet the complexity of our time – resourceful, grounded, and transformative.

In this module you will:

• Learn about facilitating emergent collective processes that respond to the complexity of our current time
• Be part of and shape transformative and authentic group processes
• Build upon the Foundation course Module I, to deepen your capacity for presence, attunement and embodiment as essential leadership qualities
• Develop new approaches applicable to your unique field of work.
• Develop and test your own session design
• Gain a deeper understanding of present-based collective emergent group processes
• Expand leadership and facilitation skills in a safe and brave space of personal and professional development
• Experience and reflect on group exercises that invite emotions related to climate change to be felt, expressed and integrated
• Networking and exchange: co-create and connect in an inspiring international group of youth workers, activists, facilitators, educators & changemakers

This module is open for people who have attended Module 1 in November, or another Pathways course in the past.
