The Art of Relating

This experiential workshop offers a safe and brave space to practice the Art of Relating – cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself, with others, and with the living Earth. Together, we explore the raw, vibrant aliveness of being human among humans, rooted in our shared home on this planet.

What is the Art of Relating?

We begin with a simple truth: to connect meaningfully with others, we must first arrive fully in ourselves. Through guided meditations, conscious movement, dance, and nervous system regulation practices, we meet the whole of who we are – the places that feel alive and vibrant, as well as the parts that feel numb, distant, or guarded. By welcoming all of ourselves without judgment, we open the doorway to genuine connection. From this grounded place, in touch with our needs, boundaries, and longings, we can choose how and when to meet others.

As we gather in presence, we explore the subtle, often unspoken layers of human connection. We experiment with expressing ourselves through silence, words, and movement. We invite curiosity, tenderness, and playfulness. We explore the depth and vulnerability of being truly seen – and the beauty of seeing others in their truth.

We also return to the more-than-human world. By spending time outdoors, we consciously rekindle our relationship with the living beings and ecosystems that sustain us. We remember an ancient knowing: that we are part of a vast web of interdependence, held by the flow of life. In this awareness, gratitude naturally blooms. The Art of Relating is an invitation – to open, to feel, to risk contact, and to rediscover the joy and magic of being alive, together.Take time for yourself and your longing to feel and be in connection.

This space is for you if you want to:

The Art of Relating

Take time for yourself and your longing to feel and be in connection. This experiential workshop offers you a safe and brave space to practice the Art of Relating – deepening the connection to yourself, your ability of relating to others and nature. Together we explore the aliveness of being human among humans on the Earth.

What is the Art of Relating?
Our approach is based on the acknowledgement that to be able to connect with others, I need to arrive and be present with myself first.

Through guided meditation, dance and movement explorations, and nervous-system regulation practices we connect to our innermost self – our aliveness as well as parts that feel numb or distant. Welcoming all that I am – inside myself first – I become available for true connection. Being in touch with my needs, boundaries, and longings I choose how I open myself to relate.

Coming together in presence, we experience the subtle layers of relating. Together we practice to connect and express ourselves – in silence, with words, in movement. Exploring the various facets of interpersonal connection we invite curiosity and playfulness, explore depths and tenderness and the magic of showing ourselves and being seen. We welcome ourselves and each other in the unique experiences we make when we dare to open up to raw contact.

By spending time outside, consciously reconnecting to the living beings all around us, we restore an ancient understanding of interdependence and gratitude for the gift of life. We practice to open up to become aware of our intimate connections with the ecosystems and flow of life, present in each moment.
