Welcome to our two-phase facilitation training Resilient Roots
designed to support your learning and empowerment in hosting transformative emergent group spaces.

The training is aimed at trainers, youth workers, and people active in social change movements who wish to deepen their space holding and facilitation skills in hosting participatory processes to address contemporary challenges.  This training builds your capacity to facilitate group processes that meet the complexity of our time — resourceful, grounded, and transformative.

In this training you will:

• Experience and reflect on group exercises that invite emotions related to climate change to be felt, expressed and integrated.
• Engage in communication and facilitation tools for meaningful dialogue
• Develop your personal art of facilitation and leadership
• Receive input on Holistic Session and Course Design, it’s patterns and principles
• Developing your Space Holding and Leadership capacities to guide charged dialogue spaces
• Discover nervous system and trauma-Informed facilitation
• Get to know embodied and presence-based approaches to open safe and brave spaces
• Networking and exchange: co-create and connect in an inspiring international group of youth workers, activists, facilitators, educators & changemakers

Module 2 will take place 13-20 December 2026. You may attend module 1 or both modules.
